• Products must be returned within 30 days of the Order Date, in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged.
• We do not offer exchanges. Please request your refund and initiate a new order.
• If products were damaged during shipping or if we have made an error, we will send you a complimentary pre-paid return label and a replacement product. We do ask for a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
• If you develop an adverse reaction to a product, please email us at info@facialrealityspa.com and include your order number. We will contact you to discuss options.
